Ngayon October to December is best dahil magpapalit na ang habagat to amihan. Meaning medyo kalmado dagat maliban na lang pag may bagyo.

Another months na maganda is pag lilipat na ang amihan back to habagat... those are the months of feb to april.

However, if you want to go to the sea on months with strong Southeast monsoon, then the best sites are those that are east of Palawan. Vice versa, if you are going there at the height of the Northwest Monsoon, then go places east of palawan.

Try kayo ng snorkelling sa mababaw (3ft) na corals... it is the best experience for the kids.
