If there is no test and Pac wins you will not really consider it a win in your own heart, you just don't realize it yet !!!
i'm hoping that arum/pac just give whatever mayweather wants. and i'm also hoping that those idiots read this. they have to acknowledge that they're dealing with a guy name floyd.

i'm really addressing these posts to those morons. just give the phuck what mayweather wants.

    i fell better now.

Here are some facts for those who maintain that the USADA is unbiased and will only implement WADA rules:

The USADA showed bias when they accepted Floyd's version of testing. They tested the Floyd/Shane fight from the start of training and stopped 18 days before the fight. That was a mere 6 weeks.
The WADA rules from the Athlete Whereabouts Requirement states that the athlete must make a quarterly whereabouts filings within an 18 month (78 weeks) testing period in order for the testing to be efficient and accurate.
It further states that; "It is recognized and accepted that (a) no advance notice Out-of-Competition Testing is at the core of effective Doping Control, and (b) without accurate information as to an athlete's whereabouts, such testing can be inefficient and often impossible."

Accepting a 6/8 weeks testing period provides a gaping loophole to cycle PEDS, the very thing that WADA wanted to close.

The USADA also made a pre-judgement on the issue when it made a statement saying that Floyd is a clean fighter.

          Here's another relevant observation.

          18 months= WADA's required testing period.
18 months= average period between Floyd fights

A GLARING RED FLAG THAT USADA IGNORED!

Seeing Floyd and Pac fans argue for two years about drug testing at first was cute and amusing, but now its just sad

                    That wasn't a pre-judgment...it was a POST-judgment.

THEY TESTED HIM. HE WAS CLEAN.

According to WADA's rule, the 6 weeks testing period that the USADA used for testing in the FLOYD/Shane fight, is inaccurate and inefficient.

That kind of testing is useless and will not show accurately whether a boxer is juicing.

To be accurate, WADA rule says that random testing must be for 18 months (78 weeks).

!8 months= the average length of time between Floyd fights.
