Thats bs. I mean its right, but its still bs. A 5 year ban for weed is like taking a guy's drivers license for a year for going 5 mph over the speed limit for a third time. Okay sure you are breaking the law cuz you are doing 60mph in a 55mph area, but the punishment is off the charts for the crime. This is some Muslim country get caught stealing some bread & they cut your hand off type punishment ****.

And this isn't even getting into the dynamic that Nick is legally allowed to smoke in California & it has been deemed a medicine to help him treat medical issues or the fact there were 3 tests & only 1, a non-WADA lab approved one said Nick was dirty.

it seems like bull**** considering floyd and jon jones, weed isn't even a performance enhancing drug. another poster pointed out that silva only got a 1 year suspension for using PEDS against Diaz. it seems personal against Diaz, like he's given dana white the finger one too many times

Yep. These suspensions or non-suspensions are nuts & all over the place. Hoping the NSAC decides to be more reasonable with this weed suspension & weed suspensions moving forward. This seems like a TUE situation & shocked no one has applied for one for weed with the current legality of it in many places like CA.

Also Q for the more knowledgeable drug testing people based on the info in the linked article is there any chance that Nate smokes a joint or takes a bong hit between 7:13pm & 10:37pm that results in a 733.23 ng/ml level 10:38pm test that could drop down to a 61.04 ng/ml level of THC metabolites in 77 minutes? This ng/ml **** means nothing to me, but curious what sorta dropage in metabolites one could expect to see with the given timeline.
