Exactly. He will be good for about 4-6 rounds. As he tries to oppose his will on Floyd. Then he will begin to gas out and slow down enough for Floyd to pick him apart and look good at hitting on a dead man.

Hopefully Floyd will get caught by a good shot early and Canelo will finish him!

You don't know what your talking about , he can make weight and be back again in 30 hrs , that's right now lol .

You fools talk so much utter garbage , you have no idea about making weight , his weight right now is perfect , its just fluid exchange over the last few days now .

Boxing idiots by the truck load on this forum , what does this photo tell you , that LWs can lose 10% and fight a 12 round war , but JMWs will be drained for losing 8% , sheeese dumb fckers .

Canelo was around the same for Trout, and was still under 154 ready to go. I'm not worried at all about the weigh in.

People thinking Canelo WONT be ready for this are just hoping that so they can take the win away from Mayweather.

And fought a war , its common in boxing and the way of maximizing your size for your weight , it follows the ageless fighting saying " that a good big man will beat a good little all ease being equal " ,

Canelos weight a mth out is perfect , with proper training and nutritionists like he has never had before he is right on the money to be in Formula 1 condition to fight the fight of his life .

Yeah I was never worried about his weight, he is young and can cut weight like nothing. One day of training he'll lose 4 -5 lbs easily. Easilly since most of the technique work is done and now it's down to the cutting phase.

it's hard to say but if he was pushing to make 154 there's only 2 ways to make 152.

lose 2lbs of functional tissue which can't be bone or organs so will have to be muscle meaning a less strong Canelo.

or keep the same body composition and dehydrate and rehydrate an extra 2lbs. Now the body is mostly water however it can only lose and replace so much in a short space of time.

once you dehydrate that 2lbs too much you will also begin to lose stores of glycogen and creatine phosphate that bind to water as well as reduce the ability of the electron transport chain to reduce hydrogen ions and phosphorilate adp to energy rich atp. I other words Canelo will have less energy stores on fight night.

Does that holds true for all guys that fought a CW , seems abit of BS that this only happens to Canelo , when Oscar Cotto and Margarito all had to lose a higher % of bodyweight than Canelo has to , using your scientific calculation they got to have less energy than Canelo right ?
