Is Arthur Abraham's selection of Mahir Oral shameless Cherry Picking? Poll, Discuss!

A lot of people gave Kelly Pavlik **** for fighting Sergio Mora. Arthur Abraham has now announced he is fighting Mahir Oral. Is Arthur Abraham cherry picking? IMO, not getting a fight with Kelly Pavlik shouldn't be a get out of jail free card for fighting bums in your backyard. idk i think its abrahams team being afraid of getting an 0 before getting a fight with pavlik, i think abraham had a list of dudes and the promoters said no, then abraham said oo **** it lets just fight whoever.

I think Mahir Oral might actually be better than Gary Lockett and Marco Antonio Rubio, who lost by KO 1 to Kofi Jantuah, by TKO 2 to Saul Roman and by decision to Zaurbek Baysangurov.

He's defeated some decent opponents such as Spada (22-0), Khachatrian, Dzemski, and Sipos. His one loss came in his 10th pro fight to a fighter who was 19-1.

Just because you haven't heard of a fighter, doesn't mean he's no good.

Sturm doesn't fight anyone. The world can pretty much forget about his trinket for the time being. You don't get a fight with someone by crushing cans. JMM is desparate for a third shot at Pacquiao. So what did he do? He went out and fought against legit competition. The answer is not, "So and so" won't fight me so now I'm gonna sit on my ass.

Abraham and Pavlik need to fight. I'm not sure how long Abraham can stay at 160. If he moves up, a good fight would be with Kessler.

You can't really blame him, Pavlik and his team are playing games, Sturm does not want it, and he's struggling to make the weight. Weight drained+Paul Williams=Loss.

Oral is better than Rubio! He's never been stopped, and would never be KOed in the first round by his stablemate and friend Kofi Jantuah, nor in the second round by a journeyman like Saul Roman.
