he already has the blueprint to beat manny. random testing would just be a waste of time and the only thing holding up this fight since he already has a blueprint. just fight him and get it over with so everyone can move on. if i had a blueprint to an easy 50 million, I'd be on my 2nd or 3rd blueprint.
