easiest way would be just to stalk the person, learn his habits, and if you follow him long enough, you'll eventually get an opportunity where he's alone, shoot him with an unmarked gun and gtfo.

Or break into his house and put cyanide in all his drinks and food.

Or you could flat out break into his house, kill him, everybody in it and then make it look like a robbery.

Only if you're not close to him though because you don't want to be a top suspect.

In philippines you just pay someone a few hundred dollars and they'll murder whoever you want in the street in cold blood.
