Why should he announce his next opponent when theres so much boxing left in the year? Every fighter of note has a fight on the books right now except Canelo and Martinez. But Martinez hasnt even had his knee surgery yet so hes not really an option. Cotto, Manny, Berto, etc. all have fights later this yr. So unless you want to seee Floyd vs Alexander or something like that laying low is Floyds best option.

        • If you read the fighthype article Floyd also said his PPV numbers are always realeased for the world to see and that Pacquiao`s PPV numbers are not releaesed and he also said the PPV numbers and the overall earning put out by Pacquiao camp are lies.

Leonard Ellerbe a couple of weeks ago also said that the PPV numbers put out by Dan Rafeal and Bob Arum are B.S and he questions Dan Rafeal so-called sources and challenged Rafael to say who his sources are.

My question is why did`nt Boxingscene report what Ellerbe said, why pick and choose what to report.

you never say who your sources are. Might be part of the crew looking to earn some shaddy side cash or something like that.

Manny is nowhere near the PPV star Floyd is which is why Manny resigned with Bob because Bob knows how to make Pac look bigger then he actually is. Theres a reason Pac official PPV numbers don't come out because if they did even the Pacturds would find it obvious their idol is obviously pricing himself out to duck Floyd cause Floyd would end Pac's markebility.

Floyds words was taken out of context which is what some people on boxingscene like to do.In that same article Floyd said HBO did`nt release Pacquiao`s PPV numbers cause Pac`s PPV numbers are much lower then Floyd`s and that the PPV numbers Pacquiao camp released are B.S.And he said that HBO release Floyd`s PPV number for the world to see.

Floyd also said Pacquiao does not earn as much as him. That quote posted by boxingscene is basically an attempt to make Floyd look like an excuse maker by taking his words out of context.

When is he gonna do a real interview instead of his yes man at fight hype?

Pac is fighting another first ballot HOFer and will end up doing 2+ mill PPV's for like the 3rd year in a row

Floyd would love to be in Pacs position both inside and outside the ring, when he asked Pac over the phone "But, what if I lose?" says all you need to know right there
Hop off Pac's nutt's for a second if Floyd fought Marquez last September 2011 instead of Ortiz THE WHOLE WORLD would have claimed he was cherry picking. Since Marquez 2 months later made pac look silly... all of a sudden Floyd doesn't want it with Marquez? Question how does that Bradley loss feel?
