Of course he is. If Trinidad was an ATG, then DLH definitely is.

DLH was the man from 1996-2002 ish. The man's fought everyone there is to fight. You really can't name a fighter who fought at his weights that could go through his resume undefeated.

He's won some questionable bouts, but he's also been robbed as well.

Would Dlh have been considered a great fighter had he retired after the Trinidad fight? I thought that he beat Trinidad. Dlh, imo drew with Sweetpea. Would he have been considered a great fighter?

Yes he is an ATG, he could have fought weak competition and kept an unbeaten record for his whole career (like some fighters do), instead he always fought the best from 130-160. Oscar will always have the respect of true fight fans, because he NEVER avoided anyone.
Oscar is somewhere between 40-100 on greatest list.

What guy that isn't an ATG win fights in 5/6 divisions and is a 10 time world champion?

Shit 99% of boxing can't even win more than 3.

The Top 20 (11-20): Guys like Leonard, Duran, Moore, etc.

The Top 50 (21-50): Guys like Mayweather, Pacquiao, Hopkins, Hagler, Hearns, Holyfield, Whitaker, Monzon, Jones, Frazier, Foreman, Holmes, Chavez, etc.

The Top 100 (51-100): Guys like De La Hoya, Marquez, Barrera, Morales, Liston, Walcott, Pryor, Arguello, Tyson, Lopez, etc.
