It's fine if you dont like PBF but that dude aint feather fisted. He lands right on the button and he rarely misses by boxing standards. He is uber efficient with his punches. His form is damned near perfect...when he punches he generates force from his toes, through his hips, torso, all the way up to his fists. He might be a a-hole but his form is a thing of beauty.
