Analysts: iPhone 5 demand ‘robust;’ ignore the non-news noise
    Tuesday, January 15, 2013 · 9:30 am ·

“Analyst Shaw Wu with Sterne Agee revealed in a note to investors on Tuesday that his checks with suppliers indicate that demand for the iPhone 5 ‘remains robust,’” Neil Hughes reports for AppleInsider. “He’s not concerned by recent reports that interpreted iPhone 5 order cuts as a sign of weak demand.”

Hughes reports, “Wu joins a growing chorus of market watchers who believe any order cuts for iPhone 5 components are not representative of consumer interest. Mark Moskowitz of J.P. Morgan said the reports are just ‘more noise’ that will prompt investors to overreact, while Maynard Um of Wells Fargo said any cuts are actually ‘not news.’”

“For his part, Wu believes that reduced orders for iPhone 5 components are a result of improved yields, which has required Apple to place fewer orders for components,” Hughes reports. “In addition, he said supplier shift changes made by Apple have contributed to the cuts.”

Did Apple reduce 4-inch Retina display orders due to improving yields?
        Tuesday, January 15, 2013 · 3:15 pm

“There’s been a whole lot of discussion surrounding the Wall Street Journal‘s initial story claiming that Apple cut its order of iPhone 5 components in half,” Yoni Heisler reports for Network World.

“Wall St. is absolutely smashing Apple, with the stock dropping down to sub-$500 levels not seen since last February,” Heisler reports. “And as one would expect, some analysts are now lowering their iPhone 5 sales estimates as well.”

Heisler reports, “But not everyone is buying into the sky is falling mentality as it pertains to iPhone 5 sales. One of the more interesting threads is that Apple’s iPhone 5 display orders were scaled back because yields are improving. So says JP Morgan analyst Mark Moskowitz… ‘In our view, the potential order cuts are a direct result of manufacturing yields improving following the fast-and-furious product roll-outs of the iPhone 5 as well as new iPads and Macs,’ Moskowitz explained in a note to investors.”

            Oh yeah, propaganda!

None of these analysts or reporters know why Apple are cutting orders for certain, the only people who would are Apple for now.

            I'm sure you are dreading January 23rd 2013: http://investor.apple.com/

Logical reason why parts for a product order is decreased... not enough demand.

Crapple fans: No one knows but crapple on why orders are less.

China sales lower than expected may play a part...

Dreading? I don't follow shares but know Crapples are down. It's a huge company, 4 times bigger than Google though. Google shares are 700+ and Crapple under 500. However, I am interested in the products that my hands touch, not numbers.
