Sending a 20lb refrigerator to Afganistan APO?

Who much would this cost? I searched USPS and the only quote I could get was for a 1-3 day delievery and it was $350! I would like him to receive it within 2 weeks, anyone have any idea how much this would cost?

Its like 19 X 16 X 21 and weighs 20lbs. Ships from South Florida.
