Every Christian i know celebrates christmas in the way most atheists do. Presents, alcohol, lots of food, pulling crackers, watching tv. A great way to celebrate the birth of the saviour of the universe!

"Happy Holidays" is PC nonsense, there really isn't any need for it in the US. It has only been in popular use since the 1970s.
