Perth heavyweight boxer Lucas Browne extended his winning record to 15-0 with a first round knockout of Masataka Takehara in Queensland tonight. Browne, who has stopped all but one of his opponents, sent the Japanese fighter (now 7-8-3) to the canvas just after the minute mark in Richlands, near Brisbane. Next up for "Big Daddy" Browne, who is promoted by British boxing star Ricky Hatton, is former Australian title challenger Franklin Egobi in Melbourne on April 26.
