Rios on Donaire Undercard was a smart move

Donaire attracts a lot of Filipinos to watch regardless of who he's fighting. Not as much as Pac, but still a sizable amount. Arum already brought up the idea of Rios fighting Pac before the fight, Rios gave a very exciting performance.
Good promoting on his part.
They're already excited about him and as somebody who spends all day with the Filipino casual demographic, they're licking their chops at this.
Pac has an opponent for April, count on it being Rios
