        I figure it like this.

        1.4 million is 1 whole number.

        But 700k is 1/2 of that whole number.

        Since there's a 2 in 1/2, that one must be bigger.

                  Nes from Tha Boxing Voice did a half-hour interview with Quillin yesterday (not posted yet) and Pete's saying he's getting paid more for the NBC fight in April than he was going to get for the HBO fight last November.

                  I have to shake my head when Quillin says he made the right decision. The math genius could've fought both last November and this April.


                  I don't know what they offered Quillin to fight Lee in March '12 on HBO, but in June '12 he made $130k to fight a retired Winky Wright on Showtime.
