Certainly Eubank was slicker with a better jab and even better lateral movement. Jones was the better athlete than any boxer ever, though.

Hopkins and Toney were nowhere their best when Jones fought them (neither were McCallum, Hill and Reggie Johnson); Watson and Benn in their second fights with Eubank were better; Watson throwing 60-80 power punches per round from every angle to head and body and Benn ducking, slipping, bobbing and weaving in every second of every round - incredible, and they still couldn't beat him!

Toney had weight problems in other fights and won sensationally so the argument that Toney was not at his best is dead because he scored KO's at his so called not best. And Hopkins won 20 fights before Jones and 20 fights after so yes that win counts. It is not arguable, Jones top opposition beats Eubanks and the overwhelming majority of fans and experts would pick Jones to beat Eubanks which goes without saying.

Don't be a complete moron. No one ever put a prime Jones to sleep. You are obviously brand new to boxing or you would know potential matchups are NEVER weighed by what happens to a fighter past their prime. That has to be the most stupid comment I have heard here in a long time.

Wrong! Eubank was not even 30 when he lost and drew in those fights. He was 27 and 29. And 26 when he barely beat Mulinga. Nice try. not.

Eubank and Jones would have been a tactically dull affair; neither guy would be too eager to take the lead and initiate any sustained attack and it would most likely feature more posing and posturing than actual punching. Kinda like Jones' fight with Eric Harding.

Roy did not have a questionable chin in his prime. You would know that if you saw fighters at the end of their careers go down. And don't kid yourself, there is no way Watson compares with Toney and Hopkins...don't even fking kid yourself!!!!! You will be laughed at if others read this.
