why is cranberry in all sorts or other juices?

why must it mix with perfectly good drank to begin with?

Because some people find it bitter and can't drink it alone so they mix it. Cranberry is really good for you, it's good for your kidneys and is a natural diuretic.

I think cranberry juice is supposed to help your teeth too, prevent plaque from building up.
