Carl Froch assured his fans they will see him at his very best tomorrow night when he defends his IBF World super middleweight title against Yusaf Mack at the Capital FM Arena in Nottingham, live on Sky Sports HD and Sky 3D in Betfair’s ‘True Brit’.

The Cobra is 50-1 on in places to beat the Philadelphian challenger in his ninth consecutive World title fight and fourth in his hometown fortress – 1-25 on Betfair – but the 35 year old insists he has put the same work into his first defence as IBF champion as he did when he won the belt in stunning fashion against Lucian Bute in May

All in all this is a smart voluntary defense choice for Froch. Someone game, who doesnt have a horrible record, and can be knocked out. Wise move to not jeopardize the Bute rematch.

I'll give Mack credit, he's going through the motions. Showing up at the contracted weight, and promoting the event well. But, damn is he in store for a brutal knock out tomorrow.

Froch looks in great shape, but fairplay to Mack, he looks good and ready to go. Can only see a ko for Froch though..

Seems Mack struggled to make the weight.

He didn't make it at first and had to strip naked to make the weight.

No way he's going 12, I'll be stunned shocked if he does.

Mack is a big puncher but he changed his style these last few years, he doesn't sit down on his shots anymore so he doesn't even have a puncher's chance.
