The laws in ny are very strict. While I agree ghost did far less than plax it all depends on how the law sees it. Plax didn't go to jail for shooting himself he went to jail for possessing an illegal firearm. Ghost also possessed an illegal firearm.

He's not going to jail bro..while the district D.A. is talking press about 4 felonies this case technically isn't going to be prosecuted by him because airports operate under federal rules and that's where this happened. Unless the feds knock it down to a state crime it's a federal case and on federal grounds if he bought his gun legally, carried it in a safe manner, and as reported voluntarily turned it in responsibly the court is not going to waste its time and deal with the uproar that will ensue from gun fanatics. The reality is this guy is licensed even if it's another state his saving grace would be if he legally just bought it while in his travels. If that's the case this will be utterly thrown out.

Bloomberg held a press conference and said plax was going to jail and the DA couldn't make a deal. And he caught a td pass to win the ****ing super bowl. Bloomberg is very hard on illegal guns.

I am as anti-gun as you can get, but that law is unfair.

If you have a license from another state, you should have something like at least a 48 hour window to to submit an application to register. Arresting Guerrero because he tried to declare an unloaded gun upon his arrival in NY is ****ing ridiculous.

my girl works for the D.A in new york he is going to jail most of the cases where people get off on gun charges in new york is because of improper arrest guerreo will have to do some time even if its only a year he will have to do time anybody else would so why wouldn't guerrero
