The only reason, many of the Mexican champions are not big superstars, is because Affirmitive Action is being applied to overrated and steroid cheaters like Pac, Mosley, Khan, etc. so that the boxing authorities can globalize boxing and give hypocrite wanna-be’s like Pac, Mosley, etc. a chance at the “limelight/stardom” with their cheating steroid uses, and keeping Pac away from tough fighters like Humberto Soto, Juan Diaz, etc.,,,,, and also while putting tough Mexican champions in obscurity like there doing to Humberto Soto, Alfredo Angulo, etc.

Can you imagine if Pac had not ducked Soto years ago??
