  • Best inside fighter of the last 20 years?

I'd say James "Lights Out" Toney

    Any others?

Chavez, Hopkins, Mayweather and Ward were the first ones I thought of.

One of the last 20 years that hasn't been mentioned that immediately comes to mind is Evander Holyfield. More known for his boxing ability but damn could The real deal fight on the inside.

I agree with this totally. Contrary to popular belief Tyson WAS NOT an inside fighter but a mid range expert and Evander messed him up big time with his inside fighting prowess.
Chavez was great also on the inside and andre ward has very special unique abilities in this department.
Somehow I don't see Amir Khan getting an honary mention in this thread.

James Toney True Genius and so relaxed, knew exactly what counter to throw and when

Andre Ward - Yes Already! His inside game sets him apart

Bernard Hopkins is another crafty ****er

Julio Cesar Chavez was a beast on the inside and would work u over big time

As far as Big men go id say Riddick Bowe

Last 20 years? I'd have to go with James Toney.
