i have a Caution on my police records

im living in the UK right now and have been to the states in the past but that was before my caution

i wasnt arrested or anything...just a little scratch on my record though

will this cause difficulty in travelling out there again? I dont want to be sent back home

Should be fine. I regularly travel to USA. I've had cautions for stuff like drug possession and a few other things in the past, they never ended up in court.

As long as you haven't been found guilty in court for a crime or served jail time, you will be alright. It's only a caution. Most everyday people could easily wind up with a caution at some point really.
