When a manager is not smart enough to recognize that Josh McEachran is one of England's most talented prospects, and takes people like Muamba over him, you know he dont know **** about football.

The english football culture needs to be changed alot earlier then U-21's. The like of McEachran should be helped and utilized properly and not chucked aside.

I agree Pearce should not be in charge..

We actually have talented players coming through which is good.. the likes of Wilshire, Sturridge, Wellbeck, Smalling are all very talented and seem comfortable with the ball.. add Morrison to that lot in 5-10 years we could be competing. But Pearce is not the man to do it.. i REALLY hope we don't have his type coaching the even younger age groups.

The sad thing is we will probably win on wednesday and go through the stages and get beat by Spain in the final.. somewhat covering up the inept coaches we have.
