If the commission rep says they're OK, but Stevens disagrees, I guess he oughta either drop the fight or insist that the gloves are retained for a full investigation later.
At the end of the day, at this point, nothing can 'clear up any speculations' - Gabe can prove nothing, however he has slandered a reputable Glove maker, a fellow fighter and implied that the NYSAC are at best incompetent, at worst corrupt.
What Gabe is suggesting is that Golovkin and Sanchez would actually be willing to risk their careers and possibly their liberty for the sake of gaining an edge over him - you really think that's likely. Do you find it probable that Phillips is gonna risk his reputation and business to give any fighter an illegal advantage?
What honestly makes most sense to you -that Rosado got some sour grapes or that there was some kinda illegal conspiracy to ensure GGG would beat him?

so Im not sure if you fully understand Rosado's point of view and what he is suggesting.
Now on to the people who inspect them, Who are these ac reps? What are their credentials? Did they get the job thru connections? Are you saying the OK from these guys is good enough for you? Do you even know their back ground? You do realize that there is corruption in boxing? right?
And then there is this guy, we all know, a professional fighter, have seen and used professional grade boxing gloves many, many times noticing something odd in the gloves BEFORE the fight and he is an idiot?
I doubt these "AC reps" ever used one in a real sparring, let alone professional level.
Grant owner might never alter the gloves. But his workers might, not saying they did, but it is possible, was owner there every step of the assembly process to do quality control? Did he make the gloves himself?
Some people/fighters/team will do everything to gain an edge, dont talk like it does not happen. It's rampant, actually, You aware of the PEDs use in boxing right? That is just one example.
This is what i think if you wanna know, it was a custom made gloves, and it is possible that it came out harder than normal, either intentionally or unintentionally, and this fighter is just letting us know and to be cautious. Imo.

Is Everlast in on this conspiracy, too? Quillin opened up that bloody vagina over Gabe's eye with one stiff jab.

Aw, come on now Gabriel. Be a good boy. I like Rosado but sometimes he talks too much and tries too hard to make a point. Still respect him as a person and as a fighter, true warrior.
