It has been going on since long before Angel Hernandez got into it..the fact is at the highest levels of all sports everybody is doping and has been doing so for decades.

OST is complete BS and a ridiculous argument. Olympic athletes are some of the worst offenders and routinely beat the OST if they can afford an Angel Hernandez...it's the ones who can't or get ratted on by insiders that get caught. If baseball players and amateur track and field athletes are doping does anyone really believe boxers are not? Floyd pointing his finger at Manny is like Conte pointing his finger at Hernandez.
