Mayweather is a serial woman beater who has said and done some things that the majority of people don't like. This isn't wrestling, he isn't playing a good or bad guy. Most people don't like him for real, personal character flaws.

Mike Tyson was convicted of rape and was coming off of a prison sentence for it. Prior to that fight people rooted for Holyfield. It wasn't just "here's the guy to take out Tyson who we hate for being black." People loved Tyson in the 80's!

I bet that for every "white person that doesn't like Mayweather because he is black," there is a black person that likes Mayweather for only that same reason.
