It wouldn't surprise me if the Pacquaio team has contacted the Mayweather camp about a fight. However, Bob Arum still gets the first and last word on who Pac will fight and he would let Pac starve to death on the streets of Manilla before he would put him in the ring with Mayweather. He has already proven that. However, assuming that Pac's team could convince Arum to allow Pac to fight Mayweather, Pac would be lucky to get one-third ($25 million) of the amount he would have gotten if he had taken the fight a year ago and probably none of the PPV revenue. So, basically, Pac will retire with $50 to $60 million less money by putting his trust in Bob Arum.

If he's praising Mayweather for something you can rest assured that he isn't doing it lightly and that Floyd earned that praise.

You on the other hand are one of the most biased posters on here. So anything you say has to be taken with a huge grain of salt.
I don't think anything I said was really damning or praising.

The Media Blows Smoke Up Junior Mayweather's Azz! He's A Punk...

Listen, everyone knows Junior hand picks the easiest route to the bank as possible... just like Roy Jones Jr did his entire career. Mayweather never had the ballz, or the Legend status as Leonard, Hagler, Hearns, Duran, Chavez Sr, Arguello, even Dela Hoya & Mosley. Those guys are legends not because they hand picked their career to an "undefeated record". They are the Legends of Boxing, because money aside, they had the ballz, the character, the pride, to fight the Best of the Best, Multiple Times, In Their Primes, Win, Lose, or Draw... let the money take care of itself. The money was always important to a degree, but it was secondary, to being the best of the best, and leaving that rich legacy in Boxing. Not Junior Mayweather, he rolls out of jail, has a private plane waiting for him with $2m in cash on board, waiting to fly to Atlanta, then carry $50K in cash into an all nighter Strip Club. When the money runs low or out, go find the easiest, least risk fighter, for yet another payday. His controversy and loud mouth sells tickets; it's not his ability to fight and beat the best, in their prime. He made Mosley & Cotto wait more than 10 years until they were well past their prime. He's made Pacquiao wait more than 4 years, and still with won't fight Manny for him being too dangerous. Seriously, does Junior Mayweather think fighting Devon Alexander brings him a bigger payday than fighting Pacquioa???? Junior won't fight Canelo, and don't EVER believe he will. Hell, he wouldn't even fight Sergio Martinez. He won't even fight Guerrero now, because Guerrero talked trash, call Junior out, and Junior is beginning to think, Guerrero may be just a bit too crazy for him. So he opts for Devon Alexander, who was afraid to throw punches against Tim Bradley; how do you think he'll handle the big spot light on him against Junior Mayweather???? Junior Mayweather is a disgusting example of a boxing champion, and as a person. His story won't end well, in the ring and out.

I understand exactly where you're coming from, but you can't really compare Pretty Boy to Money May. I'm not trying to speak for the masses, but I think the reason Floyd gets so much hate is that had he had the balls he could have victories over Margo and P-will. I'd also include a prime Cotto, but Arum would have never approved so not Mayweather's fault. I also don't blame him 100% for Pacquiao. Mosley also would have meant much had it happened earlier. It's just the fact that when the spotlight shinned the brightest on Mayweather he didn't take the huge fights. When he became a PPV star he retired and didn't fight the top guys. He didn't push hard enough for the big fights to prove he's not a coward.

To sum it up what I hate most about Floyd is that he robbed me of the chance to see that he truly is an ATG.

REALLY??? I'da never a thunk it.

You obviously have not read your article before sending it to be published. It is so over-lavish (if there is such a word) in its dripping praise that it would be like a derisive or contemptuous sarcasm, except that you never descend to such descriptions.

this is it right here. people believed robert was just a pawn told to talk trash to elevate himself. no, he just did it the old school way....nobody told him to do that! and the proof is in the way he fought after that...a pawn being "lined up" would have played it safe!! he put himself here and when PAc was KO'ed the whole landscape changed and this became a reality lol. floyd had to act like he didnt know who robert was but he was co-feature for floyd/baldomir PPV! he doesnt want that fight.

alexander is a pawn. he will bow down to floyds demands, take the marching order, smile when told and fold under the lights. guerrero name was used so that floyd wouldnt look like a punk for not fighting canelo right now......except that guerrero really is TOO GOOD for floyd.
