does anybody remember in rocky 1 when rocky had the problem with footwork and mickey tie a string to his legs?so my question is does that string realy help to improve footwork. o yea i watch tyson`s beyond the glory a he had some kind of string on his legs,when his was doing upercuts!?

Yeah, the string on the ankles and also the string they duck back and forth under. Ripped off for the movie.....
