I believe so, from what I know it's Donaire who has shown disinterest in facing Rigo, not to say he fears him. So far 122 has been going great, it's like one of the few divisions where one isn't critical of it.

I wish one of the title holders would unify all of the titles. I don't care what order it is done. So what if a guy only has 11 fights. Beat him up, take his title and get the credit for exposing him.
