Of course Mayweather doesn't have the right hand or the damn power to keep Pacquiao away. Anyone that has ever been in the ring knows that reflexes can discourage you just as much or even more than being hit with a power shot. The best guy Pacquiao has faught with reflexes was a shot Cotto that was getting tagged by Shell Shocked Clottey. You saw that Pacquiao didn't look impressive when Clottey BLOCKED Pac's shots. Clottey looked like **** but he didn't get tagged as much. Even Pac had trouble when Mosley would pull back his head and throw a right cross. You're telling me that Mayweather's BLOCKING skills and HEAD movement won't discourage Pacquiao who has short arms? Please, I think that Ortiz woulda gave Pacquiao a closer fight cuz of his head movement and the kid can cut the ring better than Margs and he actually moves his head and moves around with more punch volume.
