I agree with you. But fans just can't resist separating
the two for many reasons. Most of them are out of just
plain hate.

I can't even imagine the magnitude of this event if
Mayweather is the other guy, instead of Margarito.
It's probably fiesta every other day in many places.
People who are not even into boxing would be gobbled
up by the intensity of the moment leading up to the fight.

Unfortunately, the biggest, most historic boxing event
in our time may never happen.

That's why it's time to look for other potential boxing
great other than these two.
