Anyone know how to save Youtube type video that isn't youtube? Not encrypted?

So there are some rare Amateur fights on this website and i'd like to save them so i can burn them if there's any way possible. The connection says 'not encrypted' when i click on properties if that somehow makes it easier?

Can anyone on here help me out? Here's a link for one of the fights if you want to look & see if it's possible.
