under that same list you posted....if you go to the american section, USADA isnt on there either. but if you go to the national anti-doping organizations and then "list of NADOs"...USADA and PSC are both listed.

There are TWO approved laboratories in the USA.
The are ZERO approved laboratories in Philippines.
