Painting my car soon. What type of paint job should I go with?

This isn't my exact car however it's pretty much the same model, color, and year. I don't know how and don't want to post my real car. Anyway, the paint is getting bad. I think the previous owner went to Maaco because the paint is really cheap and the sun is eating it away especially the bumper portion on the car. There are scatches here and there that has happened over the years. Anyway, I wanted some suggestions on a custom paint job. I was thinking of a navy blue base and I wanted black stripes either on the side of the doors or maybe near the front left wheel that goes from where the front left tire is to mid of the hood. I will be putting black rims on it too. Anyway, any suggestions will be appreciated gents!

Yeah, that looks sick. Contemplating the black on black but my favorite color is Navy blue. I might as well have the base my favorite color. Thanks for the suggestion broski.
