Jose 'Chepo' Reynoso, the coach of WBC 154-pound champion Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez (41-0-1, 30KOs), has no doubt that his pupil has the necessary boxing skills to defeat the best ranked pound for pound fighter in the world, Floyd Mayweather Jr. The two superstars are likely going to co-headline a major pay-per-view on the 4th of May at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Guerrero's a better opponent for Floyd than Canelo, but I also would like to see the Canelo fight.

I would be surprised if he fought Trout in May. There would be a good chance of losing in that fight and thus the loss of tons of money in a September clash with Mayweather.

Would make for a great card though.

So the options are Mayweather Jr, Trout or Cotto ... Mmm who are they going to chose? Let's see his past options.

              Mayweather Jr, Cotto or Lopez.

Mayweather Jr, Cotto or shot Mosley

Mayweather Jr, Cotto or shot Cintron

Mayweather Jr, Mayorga or Alfonso Gomez.

I was thinking Cotto would be the choice, no surprise.

Although he's actually been at 154, so that might be too much. He might try and get Molina.
