Regardless, it doesn't matter if he was religious or not, as I was generally speaking. Of course there will be some people with very high IQ's that are extremely religious and on the flipside you'll find very poor, low IQ people that aren't religious.

Im sure their belief in God helps them in many ways, but to suggest that God is helping them do better in sports in unfounded. Its more to do with there cultural background.

Sweden, England, Norway, Denmark...those countries are all atheists, and they all suck at the elite level of sports.
