    I can't eat all the time, I don't have the food to do that. I drink weight gainers and whey protein all day and eat like twice.

            he's a college student. i know i was pretty broke when i was in college. certainly too broke to be eating healthy all the time.

                  Nah you look thinner, you think you look fatter because it looks like your obliques are sticking out more because your midsection shrunk.

                  Its like when you shrink your waist your shoulders look wider. Its just an illusion.

                      Realistically to cut down 2 stone or about 30lb and then clean bulk to about 190

                      Have changed my holiday plans, now going to eilat in Israel in July, I tell you those israeli girls....

                      so yeah, don't want to be the sap who won't take his shirt off on the beach, and then if you do pull a girl you are Mr Blobby with a t-shirt tan when you get back to the hotel...
