Can you really pinpoint exactly where your body ends and everything else begins? What about your mind? What do we perceive but appearances that are constantly shifting and memories of the past and visions of the future that fluctuate around the present, which itself is also never the same.

Thats when we are physically an individual. But some say we begin at conception. You could argue we are just part of a biological evolutionary process and we are just part of the universe going back to the big bang. And so what? There is nothing very deep there. Its just scientific truths about reality.
So what if we cant remember being born? That is to do with the development of our brains in infancy. Again...so what? What is his point?
I dont see how this is so profound.
Its the old 'everything is energy' thing. Yes...and so what? We dont recognise it? Well, science does, but we dont think about it in everyday life as its not relevant or practical.

Saying "emptiness is form" sounds cool and mysterious but again, real science deals with the subject of nothingness and energy.
