I went from 196 to 178. Lost it by getting off the couch, not drinking beer & liquor every night,started eating better (skipped fast food and made healthy meals at home) started working with Mixed Martial Artists that were in their late teens and early 20s 3 nights a week, and jogged a mile every other day.
I was in pretty poor shape at 196. So alot of the weight probably came off from skipping alchohol and eating right. I was starting to get to the point where my weight flucuated and didn't drop so fast. Which was nice because I was starting to lose fat and build a little muscle.
