Rios needs to not get to heavy inbetween fights.Top rank needs to keep
him active so he dont gain to much pounds.Wonder if rios is gonna stay

he looked like a ghost at the weigh in, it was disgusting. if he would stay in better shape he wouldn't need to put himself through that ordeal before weigh ins....
