Not a hate thread for any fighter.
I'm just sick of all these potential sexy fights happening, yet politics of our sport, most likely our favourite sports gets in the way or delays. Promoters, managers, trainers, fighters ego's, money, belts, weight. So many things get in the way.
I don't enjoy the UFC like boxing, but the way they have a system, a league of the top fighters works great. The way they promote it is damn good.
I only wish that boxing could unite more, and these super 6 type tournaments or even a league for each weight can be arranged. That way, a fighter has to fight others. I only see in the UFC that the top fighters all go for one champ. They all want to fight.
Right now, our boxers have been spoiled with money. That means they can pick and choose. I'm all for the good money because they have a dangerous job, life threatening infact, but I often wish that there was just one compnay like the UFC that had full authority and could make these big ass bouts.
