FTR I think Sinclair is lying, but Barry would probably blow all of his top gay campaign donors if it would get him to his billion dollar goal. And it looks to me like Biden saw himself about to be replaced (far too many gaffes from the senile buffoon,) so he tried to make himself relevant. In doing so he painted Obama into a corner. Of course it didn't hurt that Barry had a 40 grand a plate, 15 million dollar Hollywood fundraiser coming up.
