Kind of unfair considering Mayweather was peak at 135.

I would argue a case for Conn. He has a lot of excellent wins on his resume.

I don't see it personally but I can see why people do.

Fraziers win in FoTC more or less has more weight that 75% of PBFs wins combined

Different strokes. Zivic, Dundee, Yarosz, Corbett III, Apostoli, Bettina, Lesnevich, Pastor, Barlund I think are most notable. More than half of them are HOF fighters, plus I take the first Louis fight into account. That only would be equal to Floyd going to 168 or even 175 and having the same kind of showing against Ward or Dawson.

Possbily, although Basilio wasn't exactly a big guy himself, despite actually winning the Middleweight title. A Welterweight Basilio vs. Mayweather is fair, IMO, as Mayweather has been at or around 147 for years now.

Based on what? Floyd has never fought anyone nearly as complete as Duran.

Why stop at #2? Clearly beating Robert Guerrero elevates him to #1 all time. Guerrero would have sparked Robinson in the first round. Too much modern training. If Robinson is so great, why is he dead???
