he said it was a moderate tear. but he said since i was quick to take care of it and ive been icing it and resting it that it is already healing up.

he said i should be able to walk around in the next week or two.... then i can play sports in about 4 or 5 weeks

definitely not as bad as it could of been.

he said icing it at this point is kind of pointless because its done inflaming but i can wrap it to keep pressure on it to relieve pain.

and its for a job that deals with the government and VERY high dollars
