Are you talking Gynecomastia (sp?) or Moobs? That could be a mammory gland issue and has to be surgerically corrected. You said you struggled with chest fat, do you mean you're a bit flabby or are you otherwise pretty fit, but have moobs?

maybe he meant Reverse Grip Bench
maybe he did. and that is also incredible, but for a noob to try it i would not recommend. cant tell you how many kids i seen loadin up some weight thinkin cause they can bench it regularly that they can bench as much weight with reverse grip. oh boy did they regret it. BAM right on their chest!

You can't spot lose fat on your body. People don't walk around with one fat arm and one skinny one, doesn't happen.

You burn fat as a whole on the body. So your best thing to do is do tons of cardio, eat healthy (no carbs, sugar etc) and you will lose throughout your entire body.

Sometimes it's genetic, I read once that the Rock had to get liposuction on his chest because he couldn't lose that fat no matter how hard he worked out and dieted.

You get rid of fat as a whole on the whole program. So your best factor to do is do a lot of fitness, eat balanced (no sugars, glucose etc) and you will drop throughout your program.

if you want to get rid of fat, you diet strategy, and then you diet strategy some more. fat does not change into muscular, never has and never will. give your very best and do plenty of fitness, not just slowly durability operating, but toss in some walking, tabata times, burpees, etc.

This might be a possibility as well. Some people get smacked with gyno when they go through puberty and if that is the case, then really no amount of dieting or working out will truly get rid of it. You'll need surgery and since it's cosmetic insurance won't cover it.

I think there's a bit of a myth in this thread tbh .You can target a specific area for example without crunches you won't have a good six pack .Without squats no glutes etc .What I mean is the best fat burner is muscle so if you want to target one area hit it like a bodybulding style and get the burn and pump and you'll get alot better results .If he was to start doing supersets of chest exercises and training them to failure like a bodybuilder he would get better results than cardio and probably overnight results .
