I think it's a very tough question of choosing between Shaq and Duncan. Do you take the short term brilliance of Shaq's Laker years, where he was as or more dominant than anyone ever? Or do you take the prolonged dominance of Tim Duncan?

I'd go Shaq, but just barely.
what are you talking about? Most ppl rate him as the best PF all-time.

Duncan played with a lot of good players. Not to mention one of the best coaches of all-time.

I doubt many would say Duncan is top 10 all time, which he should unquestionably be considered. I also think you'd be surprised at how many people still think Karl Malone is the best PF ever, which is ridiculous.

The further away from Duncan's prime the years pass, the more people will forget how good he was.

David Robinson was pretty good but by the time Duncan joined him he was at the end of his career.

Karl Malone IS the best PF of all-time. But most ppl don't see it that way.

And no way Duncan should be top 10 all-time. do your research.

                      Say what!? Malone over Duncan?

Malone was a better scorer but that's about it. Both got 2 MVPs (I think) but Rebounding, blocks, championships...all Duncan.
