Andriy Kotelnik beat Devon Alexander 8 rounds to 4, but the biased American judges gave it to Alexander. (Polls showed 80% of boxing fans thought Kotelnik won)

Lucas Matthysse beat Devon Alexander 7 rounds to 3 (plus KD), but the biased American judges gave it to Alexander. (Polls showed 95% of boxing fans thought Matthysse won)

    Other American Robberies:

    - Oscar De La Hoya W 12 Felix Sturm (European fighter gets robbed to line up DLH/Bhop)
    - Mike Jones W 10 Jesus Soto-Karass (Mexican fighter robbed blindly)
    - Adrien Broner W 10 Daniel Ponce de Leon (Mexican fighter robbed blindly)
    - Dmitry Pirog KO 5 Daniel Jacobs (American judges had Jacobs winning the fight at time of stoppage, horrible judging)
    - Lennox Lewis D 12 Evander Holyfield (Lewis dominated, yet got a draw against the national fighter)
    - Sergio Martinez D 12 Kermit Cintron (Argentinean robbed against Cintron in a fight Sergio clearly won)
    - Paul Williams W 12 Sergio Martinez (close fight but I thought Martinez pulled it out. Robbed the Argentinean)

Like Devon Alexander sucks and these American robberies of foreign fighters is disgusting.

Why do so many American judges seem to be biased in favour of black American boxers, when its obvious they lost the fight and 90% of boxing fans feel they lost? Why do American judges rob foreign fighters?

These robberies are disgusting and seriously need to stop.
I agree with you a little. These American bums getting gifts and then acting like they're superstar is disgusting. That's why American boxing sucks right now. Let them earn victories and stop robbing people who work their ass off to win.

"Black American Fighters" "American" blah blah blah

Yeah lets not have fighters from different countries fight each other, let everyone go back to their own country and lets see how much money they will make their lol

you forgot about Macklin vs Sturm and that "Robbery"...oh no wait...that wasn't in America, it has nothing to do with Race or Country, ALL AROUND THE WORLD, the Hometown guy usually get the favorable decision like Froch vs Dirrell

YOUR STUPID! You don't know **** about boxing, your just playing the same ole "MY COUNTRY AND BETTER THEN YOUR COUNTRY CRAP"
Sturm is not German, he is actually Bosnian living in Germany.

Also, Sturm-Macklin was atleast a close fight, many people thought a draw and some even agreed with Sturm winning.

But Kotelnik-Alexander, and Matthysse-Alexdaner *were not* close fights, and everyone knows Alexander lost.

American judging is the worst and most biased in the entire world.

This sort of questionable judging happens in every country to foreign and domestic fighters all different styles of fighters some judges prefer boxers some pressure guys some their own countrymen.
To make this argument like it happens only in US is really absurd and completly inaccurate. FACT.

I agree while there are bad Judging in Canada / UK/ Germany USA takes the cake

Germany is getting alot better and the Sturm-Macklin fight ALOT of people had it a draw so it wasnt a robbery.

You wanna talk about robberies? Look at the UK for non title fights.

They dont even have judges, the refere will lift the winners hand, some fights its such a joke that Ive seen the biased UK commentators and fans start booing the referee and the UK fighter when the Euro got robbed.

This is list of most robberies in recent times

          1) Usa
          2) Uk
          3) Canada
          4) Germany

Americans like to cry about people getting robbed in Europe but they cant name more than 1-2 fights where it was a clear robbery, in the USA you can name tons

BOTTOM LINE....ALL Countries have Biased Judges

You just so happen to see America more because of the Major Networks like HBO and Showtime

and it don't matter where Sturm is from, his FAME as a fighter is in Germany and he fight most of his fights are in Germany

In Europe and most of the world judges give close fights to the local fighters. In America the judges give close fights to the fighters who are bigger draws, and can make more money in the future. It's a different type of corruption. That's why Whitakar lost to the bigger draw in JCC, even though he was a Mexican he was a bigger draw than he American. Same reason why Collazzo loses closes descions, to foreign fighters or fellow Americans, if you can't draw you can't win a close fight on the scorecard in America.

How does that scorecard happen on a dead even fight?

I like how now Mathysse won 7 rounds. The guy won no more than 5. Yeah he deserved the win on the kd, but please 7 rounds? It was still a very close fight. Without the kd there'd be little controversy.

Kotelnik on the other hand I had winning 8 rounds.

What happened last weekend is part of the reason why boxing is dying in America. That was a great fight saturday night, but you know what? It damn sure didn't win a single new fan. Because everyone casual HBO viewer that tuned in and enjoyed the fight saw the W handed to the guy that lost, and then said to himself

"Wow. This is why I don't watch boxing."

Its the same everywhere, look at the Tom Dallas Zack Page fight...that was horrendous.
I think there needs to be changes but have no idea what
