Should Miguel Vasquez start getting P4P consideration?

    He needs to start beating guys like Beltran, Crawford, or Abril; at least two of those names. The skills ("boring" if you will, whatever) are there he just needs a few marquee names.

        So you don't have any set standards or requirements that have to be met for P4P, anyone can qualify?

          P4P is whatever I, or you, want it to be. It ultimately means nothing... other than namesake and extra marketability for the guy at the top. It means a lot to be the consensus best fighter in the world, but what does it mean to be recognised by some to be the 4th pound for pound in the world? Hardly anything really

          It used to have a use, but now it's practically there for the kiddies to argue over, to justify to themselves that their way of looking at boxing/boxers is superior. Divisional rankings should be more important
