a better comparison is to say "wow, Rampage has pretty good power", because he does. by saying he has good boxing skills (better than a "club" level boxer) is like saying Kermit Cintron's wretling skills are on par with most MMA fighters. both have experience in training, but neither have faced elite opposition in that aspect. Jackson was never a pro boxer, and Cintron wrestled in college.
